Are you ready to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation?
If you have been baptised or received into the Catholic Church:
- Youth: Complete the Confirmation preparation for older children or teens
- Adult: Enrol in the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) process
Confirmation marks a new phase in our life as Christians; it is the sacrament of Christian maturity.
The preparation aims to engage the whole person through reflection and discussion, adoration and prayer, a short pilgrimage or outreach activity, and a retreat.

The detailed schedule will be discussed during an introductory meeting with the parents and ends with The Confirmation Mass. Candidates receive the laying on of hands and are anointed with Chrism oil, signifying their readiness to embrace their faith fully and participate actively in the church community.
Look out for the commencement of the next programme for Confirmation in 2026, this will be announced at Sunday masses.
